Indian Head Massage – 45mins – £40
Using a variety of pressure and techniques to the scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back. Best suited for people who suffer with headaches or anyone who wants to relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also help to promote hair growth, as it improves blood circulation to the hair follicles.

Swedish Massage – Full Body – 1hr – £45
Using slow, long stroking and kneading techniques to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Best suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Deep Tissue Massage – Full Body – 1hr – £55
Using techniques of deeper pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of muscles and connective tissues. Best suited for people who engage in highly physical activities, i.e. running, or those who have an injury or chronic pain.

Target Area Massage – 30mins – £30
Target area massage allows the therapist to focus on problem areas in a 30 minute session. A variety of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques are used.

Pregnancy Massage – 50mins – £40

Using techniques specific to the many anatomical changes a woman undergoes during pregnancy. Helps to relieve pain associated with pregnancy, improves sleep, reduces swelling and calms the mind.

Simply Radiance – 50 mins – £40
Body exfoliation followed by a soothing massage.

Extra Radiance – 1hr 10 mins -£45
Body exfoliation plus a face scrub OR hair mask, followed by a soothing massage.

Dazzling Radiance – 1hr 20 mins – £50
Body exfoliation plus face scrub AND hair mask, followed by a soothing massage.

Hopi Ear Candles – 30mins – £23
Using a hollow tube containing honey, sage, and chamomile. The candle is lit, resulting in a gentle vacuum which draws the wax and impurities from the ear. Followed by a Pressure Point Drainage Facial Massage to further relieve any sinus pressure.
